If you wish to submit a return request, please contact us within 30 days from receiving your order. Please review the return eligibility requirements below before submitting a request. Returned items that are not eligible for a return cannot be processed and may be sent back or donated to a charity for those in need at the request of the client.
Please remember to provide your order number as well as the reason for your return after reviewing the return eligibility requirements above. Our customer service team will review the return request and will send further instructions if the return is approved.
An item must be returned in its original condition to be eligible for a return. This means that an item must be returned with its complete original packaging with all included accessories and protective materials in place with tags and stickers attached, since we cannot process a return without them, or if the item shows signs of wear or has been altered from its original condition in any way.
One example of one of the most common protective materials is a clear protective film which covers the item in certain areas to protect the item and preserve it during storage and transport. Not every item will have protective materials (since it may not require it) but the items that do, require that they not be removed in order for an item to be eligible for a return. Please take a short moment to remember if you have all the included accessories and that protective materials were not removed. Then, please take a short moment to examine the item for signs of wear (for example, scuffs and scratches) since we cannot process a return if the item shows signs of wear. If the item you are reviewing is something such as a watch (which has an underside due to its watch face), please also remember to check for signs of wear directly underneath these areas as well.

Returned items that aren’t eligible for a return are normally returned to the client if the client can cover their shipping back or donated to a charity for those in need at the request of the client.
