Our return policy lasts a complete 30 days after delivery. This means we can offer you a refund anytime within 30 days of you receiving your item.
Items can be returned within 30 days of delivery of your order for a refund or exchange. All refunds will be issued within 7 business days not including holidays or weekends of receipt of returned products, provided product is in a new and unused condition.
Items should be returned in their original packaging to ensure they are adequately protected in transit. Items should be returned new, unused, and with all Luxini tags still attached.
Returns that are damaged, soiled, altered, or otherwise unacceptable as determined by Luxini in its sole discretion, may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer. Items sent back without attached tags will not be accepted under any circumstance.
Arranging a Return:
To arrange a return please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your account information, order number, product information, reason for return, and whether you would prefer a refund or exchange. We will reply with return shipping instructions you can use to ship your product back to our warehouse.
* Returns sent to our return address without return authorization cannot be processed.
Please note, several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Refunds (if applicable):
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable):
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com.
Exchanges (if applicable):
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Order fulfillment (if applicable):
If there are order fulfillment costs, which include any associated shipping costs, to fulfill an order and process a return, they will be deducted from a refund or the merchandise may be refused when the merchandise returned is not returned in accordance with the return policy.
Cancellations (if applicable):
If you contact us within 4 hours of placing your order we will be able to process your cancellation instantly. If the item has already shipped, we will have to wait for delivery of your item in order to process a cancellation. We only require that you do not open the item and leave the package completely intact.
Original packaging (if applicable):
An item must be returned in complete original packaging with all included accessories and protective materials in place with tags and stickers attached, since we cannot process a return without them, or if the item shows signs of wear or has been altered from its original condition in any way.
One example of one of the most most common protective materials is a clear protective film which covers the item in certain places to protect the item and preserve it during storage and transport. Not every item will have protective materials (since it may not need it) but the items that do, require that they not be removed in order for an item to be eligible for a return.
Missing items (If applicable):
If you request that your items be shipped to a location that is not secure, you will be responsible for any missing or stolen items from the address. While we are not responsible missing or stolen items, we do our best to prevent this from occurring by choosing premium shipping carriers for you that have a great reputation of only delivering to secure locations or when a secure delivery is possible. However, please remember, shipping carriers are also not responsible if your requested shipping address is not secure.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
