If the items you want sell out, we will need to wait for additional merchandise to become available again for purchase.

Please note, if an item on sale with a promotion sells out, the promotional price cannot be saved and the price may be different when it is back in stock.


If a promotion on an item you are interested in has ended, unfortunately, we cannot offer the item at promotional price again once the promotion has ended.

Once you place your order, your order will be shipped within 24 hours. Delivery will be as early as the next business day, and a delivery estimate will be provided on your order status page after placing your order. You can cancel or modify your order anytime within 4-8 hours after you place your order.

Luxini ships primarily from within the US. Luxini also provides worldwide shipping from Italy, France, Spain, and other parts of the world depending on selection availability and your location.


We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX) and PayPal payments.


If you wish to submit a return request, please contact us within 30 days from receiving your order. Please provide your order number as well as the reason for your return. Our customer service team will review the return request and will send further instructions if the return is approved.


Please contact us within 10 days from receiving your order if you received merchandise that is incorrect, missing, and/or defective. Please include your order number, photographs of the item(s) and all related references upon receiving your package. We will do our very best to resolve this as soon as possible.


Processing returns may take up to 5 business days from the day we receive your return. After the return is processed, please allow 2-7 days for your refund to complete processing, and 1-2 billing cycles for it to reflect on your statement.


All refunds will be credited to your original form of payment. If you paid by credit or debit card, refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within 5-7 business days of receipt of the returned item or cancellation request.
