Shipping & Delivery



Once your order has successfully shipped, your order will begin transit to your final shipping carrier. As soon as your package reaches its final shipping carrier, you will receive an email from us notifying you that your tracking number is ready. The final shipping carrier will then provide an estimated delivery date on their official website (normally within just a few days after you receive the tracking number).

The final shipping carrier for most orders, is USPS. You can check that your package is being delivered by USPS by entering your tracking number and tracking your order on the official USPS website here:

Please note, we won't receive another tracking update until USPS receives the package and manually updates the tracking, so even though the package may already be in a USPS facility, we may not get the next update until USPS has a chance to provide it. Before USPS has a chance to manually update the tracking on their website above, you will still be able to track your order by clicking on your tracking number that is located on your order status page or by entering it here:

Please Note: While packages are normally delivered within 2-14 days after shipment confirmation, we cannot provide an exact delivery estimate; only the shipping carrier with the package in their possession can provide a more exact delivery estimate. Once your shipping carrier determines their delivery estimate, they will provide it on their official website. The delivery estimate is normally provided at least one or two days before delivery.


You will know that your order isn't being shipped by USPS if your tracking number does not work on the official USPS website. The error message might read "Status Not Available" or a similar message; however, sometimes this only means that USPS needs 3-5 working days to re-sync their tracking.

If it appears that your tracking code is not a USPS tracking code, you can also try the following official shipping carrier websites (if you would like a more exact delivery estimate).

If you receive the message "This number can't be found at this moment. It's not available in the carrier's system yet. Please check back later," when tracking your order, this is normal for the first few days, even when the package is already in-transit. Please allow the system to update normally for 3-5 working days. If the system doesn't update after 5 working days, please contact us and we will resolve this for you promptly.


This is quite normal and means that the package is currently in transit to its final shipping carrier or that the final shipping carrier has received the package and is preparing the shipment for its final route.

Normally, a package is delivered very soon after the final shipping carrier marks the package for Pre-Shipment.


If you receive the message "Label created, not yet in system," when tracking your order, this can be normal as it may take some time for the tracking system to update and synchronize for the first time. Please allow the system to update normally for 3-5 working days. If the system doesn't update after 5 working days, please contact us and we will resolve this for you promptly.


Orders are shipped primarily from within the US. Luxini also provides worldwide shipping from Italy, France, Spain, and other parts of the world depending on selection availability and your location.


Once you place your order:

Processing Time: Order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging. All orders are sent to our order processing team for dispatch within 24 hours after the order is placed.

Shipping & Delivery: Orders within the US are delivered within 2-14 days for most locations after shipment confirmation. Orders are normally shipped within 24 hours and delivery may take from 2 days up to 2 months depending on your location (US orders are delivered fastest) and the opening times of your local post office. The average delivery time around the world is 14 business days.
