Tracking Update

If you receive the message "This number can't be found at this moment. It's not available in the carrier's system yet. Please check back later," when tracking your order, this is normal for the first few days, even when the package is already in-transit. Please allow the system to update normally for 3-5 working days. If the system doesn't update after 5 working days, please contact us and we will resolve this for you promptly.

Pre-Shipment Update

This is quite normal and means that the package is currently in transit to its final shipping carrier or that the final shipping carrier has received the package and is preparing the shipment for its final route.

Normally, a package is delivered very soon after the final shipping carrier marks the package for Pre-Shipment.

Label Created Update

If you receive the message "Label created, not yet in system," when tracking your order, this can be normal as it may take some time for the tracking system to update and synchronize for the first time. Please allow the system to update normally for 3-5 working days. If the system doesn't update after 5 working days, please contact us and we will resolve this for you promptly.

Orders are shipped primarily from within the US. Luxini also provides worldwide shipping from Italy, France, Spain, and other parts of the world depending on selection availability and your location.

Shipping & Delivery: Orders within the US are delivered within 2-14 days for most locations after shipment confirmation. Orders are normally shipped within 24 hours and delivery may take from 2 days up to 2 months depending on your location (US orders are delivered fastest) and the opening times of your local post office. The average delivery time around the world is 14 business days.

Return Request

If you wish to submit a return request, please contact us within 30 days from receiving your order. Please review the return eligibility requirements below before submitting a request. Returned items that are not eligible for a return cannot be processed and may be sent back or donated to a charity for those in need at the request of the client.

Review Return Eligibility

Please remember to provide your order number as well as the reason for your return after reviewing the return eligibility requirements above. Our customer service team will review the return request and will send further instructions if the return is approved.

Return Eligibility

An item must be returned in its original condition to be eligible for a return. This means that an item must be returned with its complete original packaging with all included accessories and protective materials in place with tags and stickers attached, since we cannot process a return without them, or if the item shows signs of wear or has been altered from its original condition in any way.

One example of one of the most common protective materials is a clear protective film which covers the item in certain areas to protect the item and preserve it during storage and transport. Not every item will have protective materials (since it may not require it) but the items that do, require that they not be removed in order for an item to be eligible for a return. Please take a short moment to remember if you have all the included accessories and that protective materials were not removed. Then, please take a short moment to examine the item for signs of wear (for example, scuffs and scratches) since we cannot process a return if the item shows signs of wear. If the item you are reviewing is something such as a watch (which has an underside due to its watch face), please also remember to check for signs of wear directly underneath these areas as well.

Returned items that aren’t eligible for a return are normally returned to the client if the client can cover their shipping back or donated to a charity for those in need at the request of the client.

Defective/Incorrect

Please contact us within 10 days from receiving your order if you received merchandise that is incorrect or defective.

If the merchandise you received is defective:

Please record a short (30 second to 45 second) video to describe the issue and send it to support@luxinishop.com so we can know more details about the issue. After diagnosing the problem, we will contact you to communicate the best solution.

We may require multiple videos to properly diagnose the problem.

If the merchandise you received is incorrect:

Please include your order number, 2-3 photographs of the item(s) you received and all related references upon receiving your package. We will do our very best to resolve this as soon as possible.

Received Part of Order

We will sometimes ship your item(s) individually when you order more than one item, so you may receive your items in different shipments to provide you with the fastest delivery speeds.

Delivery Estimate

Once your order has successfully shipped, your order will begin transit to your final shipping carrier. As soon as your package reaches its final shipping carrier, you will receive an email from us notifying you that your tracking number is ready. The final shipping carrier will then provide an estimated delivery date on their official website (normally within just a few days after you receive the tracking number).

Please note, we won't receive another tracking update until USPS receives the package and manually updates the tracking, so even though the package may already be in a USPS facility, we may not get the next update until USPS has a chance to provide it. Please Note: While packages are normally delivered within 2-14 days after shipment confirmation, we cannot provide an exact delivery estimate; only the shipping carrier with the package in their possession can provide a more exact delivery estimate. Once your shipping carrier determines their delivery estimate, they will provide it on their official website. The delivery estimate is normally provided at least one or two days before delivery.
